When added to Mango Mumbai, Rhubarb Rocket and Pear Passion, Eltham chefs should be relishing the prospect of heating up their food without necessarily having to step near a cooker ! Steve's greenhouse might look pretty standard from the outside, but within grows a selection of chilli peppers beyond the fevered imagination of most gardeners. Taking this crop he has created a range of Sauces and Relishes which he is about to share with the wider public, together with Recipes enough to satisfy the most adventurous of palates.
